In Marvel Cinematic Universe/Comics six Infinity Gems are exist which are Mind, Space, Time, Soul, Reality, Power. These Stones are the most powerful things in Marvel universe. These Stones play a prominent role in Marvel universe creation. All these stones are made by the Nemesis a cosmic entity in marvel universe.
First appearance of Space stone(also called Tessaeact) in Captain America the first avenger movie in 2011. In comic it is violet in color but in movies MCU change its color into blue. Space stone have many powers, at full potential, the Space Gem grants the user omnipresence. Allows the user to exist in any location, alter the distance between objects contrary to the laws of physics,warp or rearrange space; teleport themselves and others.
First appearance of Mind stone in Avengers age of ultron movie in 2015. In comic it is blue in color but in movies it is yellow in color. The Mind Gem is also the manifestation of the universal subconscious.The Mind Gem can access all minds in existence simultaneously, it allows the user to enhance their mental and psionic abilities and access the thoughts and dreams of other beings.

It is orange in color but in movies it is green.Time Gem grants the user omniscience and total control over the past, present, and future, it manipulate time and stop, slow down, speed up or reverse the flow of time, change the past and the future. it trap people or entire universes in unending loops of time.

In comic its color is green but in movie it is orange color, the Soul Gem grants the user control over all life in the universe, it manipulate, and alter living and dead souls. The Soul Gem is also the gateway to an idyllic pocket universe.
First appearance of Reality stone(also called Aether) in Thor the dark world movie in 2013.It is only stone which is in liquid state, In comic its color is yellow but in movies it is red. Reality Gem allows the user to alter reality on a universal scale, create any type of alternate reality according to user wishes, allows the user to fulfill their wishes.
First appearance of power stone(also called orb) in Guardians of the galaxy movie in 2014. Its general color is red but in movies it is purple in color. It is the most powerful stone in all of them, the Power Gem grants the user omnipotence. It allows the user to access and manipulate all forms of energy; enhance their physical stamina and durability; enhance any superhuman ability; and boost the effects of the other five Gems.
